This application is for Suite 903, 1100 Yates Street, Victoria – the Nest building.

Information is required for the past 5 (five) years.

If there is more than one person (including spouse/partner) applying for tenancy EACH ADULT RESIDENT MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE APPLICATION – all parties must sign the application.

If you are self-employed, please provide a short description of your business, plus provide T4’s from the last 2 years.

Only fully completed applications will be processed. If you are unsure about a box please put N/A.

CONSENT

For the purpose of determining whether this Application for Tenancy is acceptable, the Applicant consents to the Landlord obtaining credit, personal, and employment information from one or more consumer reporting agencies and other relevant sources. The Applicant further authorizes these reporting agencies and any other parties, including personnel from government ministries or agencies, to disclose relevant information to the Landlord.

If the application is accepted, the Applicant understands that this information may also be used and disclosed for purposes such as responding to emergencies, ensuring the orderly management of the tenancy, and complying with legal requirements.

All information gathered will be collected solely for tenant selection purposes. Once it has been used for its intended purpose, the information will be deleted. During the selection process, your information will be maintained in accordance with the laws of British Columbia.
